# Contact

> Email addresses for corrections, provider enquiries, privacy requests and press. What we answer, and what we do not.

Email is the only channel, and it is a real one. The fastest way to get something changed is to send the evidence with it.

**One address for everything**

## Corrections

If a figure here is wrong, out of date, or attributed to the wrong source, tell us what it should be and where that is published. We re-check, update the page, and record what changed under the byline. This is the mail we answer first.

Useful corrections include: a price that has moved, a feature that has shipped or been withdrawn, a pool or coverage claim that has been restated, or a link that now points somewhere else.

## Providers

We welcome documentation, specification corrections, and trial access for testing. To set expectations plainly:

- We do not send reviews for approval before publication.

- We do not accept payment for a score, a ranking, or a place on a shortlist.

- We do not publish sponsored posts, paid links or guest posts.

- Trial access is disclosed on the page and does not change a score.

- We will correct a factual error quickly. We will not remove an accurate negative finding.

## Privacy and data requests

Access, correction and erasure requests, and any question about the [privacy policy](/privacy/). We hold very little, and we will tell you honestly what that is.

## Legal

Questions about the [terms of use](/terms/), licensing, or trademark identification.

## Press, research and citation

Our figures are free to cite under [CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) with a link back — you do not need permission. If you want the underlying data, the provider dataset is a public JSON endpoint and every article can be fetched as clean Markdown by adding `?format=md` to its URL. See [data for AI](/data-for-ai/).

## What we do not do

- We do not sell proxies or resell access to any provider.

- We do not provide technical support for any provider’s service. For account, billing or connection problems, contact the provider directly.

- We do not offer bespoke consulting or procurement advice.

- We do not accept link-exchange requests.

## Response times

We are a small operation. Corrections are handled quickly. Everything else is answered when we can, and we would rather reply late than not at all.
