# Contact

> Corrections, provider enquiries, and press. What we answer and what we do not.

The fastest way to get a change made is to send the evidence with it.

**To complete before launch**Add a working contact address here, and consider a separate one for corrections. A contact route is expected by both readers and search-quality raters.

## Corrections

If a figure here is wrong or has gone stale, tell us what it should be and where that is published. We re-check, update the page, and record what changed under the byline. This is the mail we prioritise.

## Providers

We are glad to receive documentation, trial access for testing, and corrections to specifications. To set expectations clearly:

- We do not send reviews for approval before publication.

- We do not accept payment for a score, a ranking, or a place on a shortlist.

- We do not publish sponsored posts or paid links.

- Trial access for testing does not change a score, and is disclosed on the page.

## Press and research

Our figures are free to cite under [CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) with a link back. The provider dataset is available as a public JSON endpoint, and every article can be fetched as clean Markdown by adding `?format=md` to its URL.

## What we do not do

We do not sell proxies, resell access, or provide technical support for any provider’s service. For account or billing problems, contact the provider directly.
